Quick update: With my new found technician powers (Thanks, pvj!) I did a full reset of the system. When I did that, the extensions on the phones now match what is noted on the 66 blocks, and I'm actually making progress in hooking up functional phones.

When I did that, the extensions on the phones now match what is noted on the 66 blocks Aw heck, a pair of snips and a Sharpie can accomplish that!
