Is snmp enabled on the IP5022 phones? Location has intermittent issue with a few phones re-booting. He wants to use a network monitoring utility but it requires the device to have snmp enabled.

I have spent a some time at various locations with rebooting phones. Usually the phones reboot when they don't get a response to a keep-alive ping. Per my conversations with support, you may want to make sure that the phones and MIPU are on the latest firmware.
Also I was told by Toshiba support that they have found that some network monitoring tools will actually cause the phone to reboot.
Typically I see this more common when the phones are at a different location then the PBX. It is more rare when the phones are on the same network as the MIPU.
