Hi all, I am trying to put a voicemail on a Dx 120 system and I would like it to dial an outside number from the auto attendant . In other words the system greeting would say something like. 'if you are a new customer press 1. at that point the system would dial an off premise number where an answering service would take the call. I am trying to get someone who is well versed in Comdial to provide tech support. I realize that there will be a charge for this service. Please send a PM if you can help. Thanks .

Been a while but I think you are going to need to transfer to a set that is forwarded off premise. Used this all the time for after hours service call notifications.
