Hello, Customer had power issues and now their auto attendant transferred calls will not forward to their mailboxes. So far, all other functions of the FXII and Interchange seem to be working fine. All incoming calls are answered by the Interchange. When an extension is chosen the call transfers as it should to the correct extension. After "ring no answer" the calls return to voicemail but get the main greeting again, Not the voice mail box for the extension. I did a trace and I see No translation digits being sent from the FXII to the Interchange with the RNA forwarded calls. I searched through the database thinking inband signalling could have been turned off. Could not find where it is controlled. All digits are correct under voice mail translation area of database. Any suggestions on where to look would be Much appreciated! Thank You!

Sounds to me like the FXII has lost the serial integration with the VM. Check the comm ports on the FX. If good change the comm port on the voice mail.
