I have a customer looking for call logging solution just wasn’t sure which one I should present
Just looking for some input pros and cons
I don’t believe price is an issue I think it’s more of a user ease-of-use I guess you could say
Any input would be great

Hi You can check with Hansen Software. It's a canadian company and we sell bunch of their software. Easy installation, easy to use and a great tech support direct from Hansen. They even do the installation and the training for you it's included in their price https://www.hansensoftware.com/

Incontrol. It's as easy as it can possibly be AND can be completely automated. It actually walks you through every step as you generate a report.

I do like Hansen Software, but I agree with Coral Tech. InControl. It's cheap and can give cradle to grave reports.
