Ok gents I have an odd one here......

Have a SV9100 thats using and PRI for trunking and has and 8-port analog blade. Eveything seems to be programmed correctly, you can dial into the fax and it will pickup and receive, but if you go to dial out you get a busy. Tested with buttset and same thing, busy right when it goes off hook. any ideas would be great because im racking my brain on this one.........

Sounds like you have 15-01-02 enabled on the analog stations and most likely using ARS. Per NEC, when you are using ARS, you have to use Hotline service (21-11) instead of 15-01-02 for automatic line seizure. To be clear, it is recommended to use ARS when using PRI or SIP Trunks.
