Installed this SBX in july had the system set up to go to the AA after five rings and a caller could route to a stations mailbox and everything worked great. then the voicemail card needed to be replaced because of no audio on messages. received new VM card from vertical and installed it and tested, now the callers do not get transferred to the stations mailbox they hear the message continuously until it times out. I was planning to default and reprogram the system to see if that helps. Does anyone have any other suggestions. My tech help Darren at hoosier was sick today and would like to get this resolved for my customer Thanks

Do you happen to have a database backup for the system? I'd initialize it and upload the backup with the new voice mail card installed. None of the settings are really stored on the voice mail card; it's just a place for voice storage. All of the programming resides in the system itself, so it may have become corrupt during this. I've had issues in the past with replacing other cards and the original programming not syncing with the new card. Strange, but true.

The callers do not get transferred after dialing an extension number? If I remember this correctly, any voice mailbox that has no recorded greeting will not get any calls transferred to them, the AA/CCR function ignores that extension.
