I am in need of a good Adtran tech that can respond to the Palm Desert, Ca area. Older T1 from Verizon with an Adtran 924 II. T1 keeps dropping out and Verizon keeps pointing their finger at the Router and they say that it is not their router. Please PM me if you can assist. Thanks

Stress test the T-1 with a T-Berd or similar. That'll prove the pipe.

If you can't find someone on here, Adtran may be able to help you find someone local.

Check your source clocking? Meaning what is the adtran clocking on? Normally if the clocking is not a top tier it will drift then intermittently drop.
