Axxess v11.1 A couple of questions about the attendant console software. Is it possible to run it on multiple pc's? When it is downloaded onto the pc it asks for information, one of those is the extension of the operator, will that dis-allow other PC's from running/using the software at the same time? If I vnc into the pc, will I be able to use the software and tranfer/answer calls from my extension9even though i'm not the operator)?
Say Bye.

Yes, you can run it on multiple computers but you will need a dongle for each one. The Attendant Console is tied into the extension that is programmed in the setup. If you VNC into the computer the calls will still be ringing at the Attendant's phone so you will not hear ringing on your phone. You can however install the Attendant console on your pc and it will run in demo mode which pops up a dialog box every 10 minutes, i believe, and it will shut down every two hours but it has all the funtionality of a licensed version. When you install it you need to give it your extension number so that your phone will be tied to the console. If its already installed you can go into console, options, connection, and input your extension number.
