I am struggling with the correct or most efficient way to program the following behavior for call treatment:
Car Dealership would like the following schedule:
Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm - Ring 221,222,223,247 (RG003) three times and go to CCR tree, table 1 (this is currently working) Monday, Thursday 5:00 - 8:00pm, and Saturdays from 8:00am to 3:00pm - Ring the same group FIVE times then go to GD Mailbox. Sundays Immediate answer and CCR tree, table 1 (also working)
I am told that I can send calls just to 247 for the second schedule if it helps, as this is the only station that is manned during those hours, but it the five rings and different mailbox I am having trouble with. Do I need to set up another Table or a hunt group? The five rings is requested to give them time to finish with one caller and get to another one, so I cannot have the caller go to VM if the extension is busy.

I would have it ring a huntgroup and add 247 as the sole member...set queue timeout to 30 seconds and overflow to vmails dn so it will default to gen mailbox.

Thank you for the reply CC. If i simply set the HG with 247 and the parameters you suggest, is that a 24/7 setting, or will it require some scheduling changes with regard to the CCR tree?

My answer was just for this bit "but it the five rings and different mailbox I am having trouble with" as I was reading on my phone. That was a 24/7 setting yes
Here is some guide lines: -Lines can only have one table answer, this setting is 24/7 -You cannot change the Ring Count, that is a 24/7 setting and only "Service Modes" in KSU programming can override this (probably what you have on Sunday) -You can have different CCR Trees activated through out the 4 parts of the day (Morning, Afternoon, Evening, Non-Business) ---no matter what setting you make it will be 24/7. ---you can have a CCR play longer or shorter than other days by changing the time under each day for Morning, Afternoon, Evening, Non-Business
I think it makes it easier if CCR answers right away to do any trickery
Then you could have: CCR Tree 1 - For sales press 1 - points to HG1 (221,222,223,247) HG01 Q timeout 15 secs CCR Tree 2 - For sales press 1 - points to HG2 (247) HG01 Q timeout 30 secs
Have CCR 2 play at Lunch
Adjust time for lunch Thursday and Saturday accordingly. For other days you would have to do some bizarre timing:
Morning Afternoon Evening Non Business CCR Tree: Tree 1 Tree 2 Tree 1 Tree 1 Monday: 08:00 AM 01:00 AM 05:00 PM 08:00 AM (and Tue, Wed, Fri)
Thursday: 08:00 AM 05:00 PM 08:00 PM 08:00 AM
Saturday: 01:00 AM 08:00 AM 03:00 PM 08:00 AM
There is just too many variables to give a proper answer because we do not know the full scope.

If CON is the opposite of PRO Then what is the opposite of Progress?
