When a caller hits the auto-attendant and dials an extension, caller ID information comes through fine to the receiving extension. However, when the caller hits 0 and talks to the operator, and asks for the extension number, and gets transferred. the caller ID will show the extension number of the operator. I've changed 15-03-14 between Calling Number and Forwarding number for the extension transferring and the extension receiving. No change, anyone got any ideas?

Are you doing a blind transfer or supervised?

Look at 15-02-58, 20-02-08, 20-02-15. If this is an Aspire transferring to a VE then the caller ID won't show unless delayed ring is set.

15-02 on my system only goes up to 34 Which is call Register mode. 20-02-08 is set to 5, is this the amount of time caller ID stays displayed on a digital set? Will it resend this when transferring? I guess I should have specified the Operator's extension is a digital set, but most users sets are analog extensions, those are the ones I am trying to get transferred caller ID info to. The analog sets CID work when calling directly from other analog sets, or when a caller dials their extension from the Auto-attendant. 20-02-15 is set to Name and Number.

Look at 15-03-14 change this to forwarding number. This also must be set on the vm ports to send caller ID to an analog port. Just found this out tinkering.

It Works! If I call into an analog extension then transfer to another analog extension, the original caller ID follows on both attended and blind transfers. However I still can't get a transfer from the digital set to work, as you mentioned I need to set this on the vm ports. Where do I set that?

Try 14-01-22, for each trunk.
