We have several voicemail boxes set up to send remote notifications to various Blackberries/Pagers. A call comes in, the VMB calls/notifies the device. The staffer calls back, gets and clears the VM message, and almost always gets ONE MORE CALL from the now empty/processed VM Box. What am I missing? :bang: :bang: :bang:

The message waiting indicator is not turning off and therefore a new notification is going out. Is there a frequency and interval maybe that you can look at?
