CIX 670 I know I had it working before. When I call the station and get a busy signal, I press override, it camps on and rings the station. They want to be able to do training and listen to both sides of the conversation. Thanks
Never mind, I had the wrong COS on the target phone to it wasnt enabled.

You need to use executive override

Got to love it when they fix their own issue and are good enough to let us know. I wish more folks would reply that they or one of us solved the issue.
