Off-site transfer from auto-attendant works fine on DSX using a speed dial bin. NTAC tells me its not possible with the SL1100 and a VE CF must be used...It works but ties up 2 trunks and volume is cut. I just found an NTAC paper that suggests CTX transfer from auto-attendant WILL work on the SL. Im going to try it tomorrow...I see its nearly identical to DSX except that message waiting 45-01-05 needs to be unchecked. Has anyone been successful with a CTX transfer from InMail?

I set this up on the bench following the NTAC paper ID #10169 (alternate method) and it appears that it is STILL a trunk to trunk transfer within the SL1100 instead of a true Centrex flash and transfer. Im surprised that Centrex transfer from InMail doesnt seem to be available. Any help?

After pressing NTAC again they informed me that Centrex transfer from InMail WILL work: Set 14-04 Behind PBX 47-13 Set Dial Action to UTRF to a virtual ext 24-09 Set CF All 06 and 07 to phone number (no 9) It works!

After pressing NTAC again... It's a shame that it has to come to this...
