We have several InMail auto-attendant setups on SL/SV-series PBXes, used to direct incoming calls on CO lines. An action table is used to perform unscreened transfers to a handful of internal extensions. Functionally the InMail AA works great, no complaints about it - except that when the inbound caller gets transferred, they hear what sounds similar to a fast busy signal, rather than a typical dialing/ringback tone one would expect on a US-style phone system. As a result we have had several people hang up, later telling us that they thought something was wrong. The calls do go through, and neither end have any trouble with the connection itself.
Intercom-type calls between other internal extensions in the system give a normal dialing/ringback tone.
I would like to change the InMail tone to the more typical dialing tone, but can't seem to figure out where to do so in PC-Pro? Any advice would be appreciated, thanks!

dans,
Thank you for your response. I was able to find the option you referred to, however it was not in 20-11 CoS for Hold/Transfer, but instead in 24-02 Transfer Sys Options.
The change was made and verified. We now have normal ringback tones for InMail transfers.
Thanks!
