I have a customer whose bedroom phone only can access c.o. #2 on off hook. It cannot access c.o. #1. All other phones access icm and then select a c.0. by presssing button. What program did they inadvertently enable?

sounds like it is set to "prime to co group" (or whatever panasonic calls it)
The Cloud is just someone else's computer!

Press Program button.....press labeled/desired 'Line 1' button .....dial 0 then dial 1 ...then press auto-dial / store button....etc for others.....Line3 0 then 3 = store...
Other Panasonics are 0 01 .....624 is just one zero first
