Randomly Ext. 109 seems to be calling the in house operator ( Ext. 100) Any thoughts?? Thank you in advance!! V

Replace the phone. More than likely the phone is the culprit.

They replaced phone. That did not cure problem

When Ext 100 receives the call does the display reveal anything?

Check the wiring. Change the Button that 100 is programmed on the phone. Sounds like something might be shorting.

OObie was 100% correct. I went there and noticed damaged outside wiring. Replaced section and seems all is good. Thank you all
