Ok, I am stumped. I remember you can tag Caller ID with memo information but for the life of me I cannot get it to work. I have the caller ID correct because I can route it but it simply wont display on the extension. I have the extension flagged as well for memo information. Stumped. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

That isn't it. In your speed dialing area there is a way to tag memo's to incoming caller ID. This is supposed to be flagged on in Multiline Ext setting per ext. This allows you to tag calls with info. Thanks for answering.
