does anyone have experience with Key Voice, I need to change a i digit routing, from auto attendant to a specific Partner ACS extension, right now it says invalid entry. Program manual PDF isn't written in a language I understand. If anyone can help, I'll fill in the specifics (the best I can).

I haven't touched a Key Voice since the early '90's. Are you working with DOS, NT or something newer?

Start with a trace to see how the routing is now and what is being sent. Also what the Professor said.

Change the destination of digit dialed to the extension you need. Make sure a mailbox exists for that extension and that it is set for blind transfer.
