The handsets are KX-T7633 and almost every extension the Auto Ans is enabled (LED On). So when dialing that extension, the extension never rings, it just answers and you can hear the background noise in that room. I push the Auto Ans button and it disables and works the way I want it to, but after a short while, it automatically reverts to enabled again. How can each extension be set to always ring (interoffice calling) and not auto answer?

The client doesn't even know what that button is for and it's not just on one station, it's on most. However, what's weird is that a couple stations don't have that issue, so that makes me think it's something in programming but I can't find where..
