Hello all, I am trying to get some support on a Connect 536. I am trying to add a phone to the system. I read that the 536 has 30 users by default. Does this mean that the system is plug and play and that I can add a phone without buying a license for it? There are 10 phones on the system.

I am browsing through the AllworkConnectServer Family Installation Guide and the maximum handsets are 100 AND maximum user are 50* * Requires an Allworx software feature keyThe Allworx 6x supports 30 users from the factory, and can support up to 60 users through the use of a feature key. So yes, it appears you would be okay.
