a company in compton called and said they have mics with flashtalk. when they get a new message in a mailbox none of the phones show it in the display. i dont remember any program for this. could the vm be bad. thanks, dave

There is a setting in the flash admin (under mailboxes) where you can turn it to yes or no...

that rings a bell. going out tuesday. going to check to see if they lost that program. by default it is set to yes if i remember right. thanks for the idea.

But it seems very odd that every one is turned off. If turning them on or reboot etc does not work then maybe corruption and you may need to do a reinstall and program from scratch to get rid of it.
Maybe somebody thought it was Off Prem Notify and turned them off.
Curious if it just happened or was it just installed.

yeah im thinking the database got scrambled somehow or maybe the network guy got a manual and was fooling with it. i think the network guy everything and put in the cable and then had me come in and install everything and program it. it used to show when it had messages. comp guy is gone but they had my number.
