Hi, im new to pana PBX
i have a NS700 - V7 software - SIP lines and IP handsets NT680 - we are using SVM. I have created a PS (ext280) forwarded to 591.
My customer would like calls to come into the main huntgroup and if calls are not answered after 4 rings go to voicemail.
i have the users to ring on the main number and added 280 in the member list but does not trip to 280 after 4 rings.
is someone able to point me in the right direction.

You have to put 280 in the first entry of the icd group and in group settings intercept at night to 591 after 20 seconds.
