I recently acquired an NEC Electra Elite IPK system. All is programmed to my needs with exception that I need to kill the "ice cream truck" music on hold. Can somebody walk me through the step by step programming procedure to disable it?
Also I need a Caller ID board for the system. Any sources?
Thanks! Carl - Dallas TX

Have you tried changing the music source from internal to external? Logic says that it will by-pass internal for external even if there is not a source for external. Page 1-245

This particular topic is about 8 years old. Suggest starting a new one as opposed to tacking onto this old one.
