I have an axxess 9.1 system that we are moving from Chicago to Atlanta. The evmc card got some corrupted sectors on the hard drive so we have decided to ditch voicemail. I removed the card from the system section of the db programming, but when I start up, it still tells me that there is voicemail but it is not connected. How do I totally remove the association?
Thanks,
Paul

Uninstall the card. Look under the cabinet folder in DB Studio.

From the main System screen, you will see Voice Processor Enable as the bottom field on the right screen - change it to No.
You can then go to the Cabinet and delete the card. You'll probably see referential errors, so back up the database and run it through DB Tester to clean it up.

DND ON.....Thanks for the pointer to the main System screen. That did the trick!
