Hello Everyone
We have an extension / mailbox that when a caller calls in, the only way the call goes to voice mail is for the user to press the send to voice mail button. The forwarding path is setup correctly and the associated extensions mirror extensions that do not have this problem. If someone calls in the phone will just ring and ring. This also happens if the phone is on DND. I have also deleted and recreated the mailbox. This is a on an Axxess 9.115 with a VPU. Thanks in advance for any help.

Check the station flags, and make sure System Forwarding says YES.

It's possible that the user changed the flag accidentally. You can enable SPCL Key Required For Feature Code Entry to prevent this - it's under System/Flags.

Good advice. I am going to do that because we are just a fat finger away from accidently changing something.

I just had the same problem again. I've now enabled the SPCL key required. I wish they would have enabled that when they set the system up two years ago.
