I am sip peering KX-NS1000 to SAMSUNG OS7400. The NS1000 is able to place successful calls onto the Samsung but the reverse is proving a challenge. The Samsung is also peering to a Panasonic TDE600 and functioning quite right. I placed another samsung PBX on the same LAN as the NS1000, and still calls cannot come from the samsung. It displays OPPOSITE HANGUP. Please assist

I don’t know the samsung but sounds like the inbound number plan on the ns700 is not set for lead digits of the samsung.
I presume you’re using ip gateway card
Have you done a wireshark trace to see why it’s been rejected
