We have one customer left that's on a WIN 100D Got a call concerning a flashing MIC button.
We have a user guide with no reference to it. We have a system manual with no reference to it.
Any help out there ???
TIA

They must be referring to a mute key, if I remember its either on or off, if it is flashing switch out the phone with another working one to see if the issue moves with the phone.

The button is marked MIC It's flashing. Swapped with another phone, stays with the port, not the phone.
