I have a routing mailbox setup to play an announcement. It is a message that I don't want the caller to be able to skip.
Currently if they press a number it stops playback and they are sent onto the next routing mailbox (set in 47-09).
Any thoughts? It's a warning message directing them to call 911 if it is a Medical Emergency, we are a Health Center and must advise callers of this. So we want them to have to hear that before being presented with the normal Auto Attendant message.
All seems to be working, except that they can skip it by pressing any button.
Thanks!

I would try changing to a different dial action table for that routing box with all options set as undefined except for timeout - use timeout to send it to the next routing box with all of your dial action options.

Ya like Ken said make a Routing Mailbox with DAT table. I usually make all the fields GOTO 00X save timeout so that it repeats.
