Personaly, I've had 1 refurb card that lost one it's 16 circuts. I've had 2 brand new cards do the same thing and some phones that went T.U. as well. So I've had better luck with the refurb stuff (Inter-Tel Axxess... got most of the refurb stuff from Sundance.) Great system to work with though. Self taught on this one. Played a little bit with Executone too.

I am just started too. Executone had some good stuff. Nortel has some good stuff. Toshiba is VERY GOOD but pain to program and no fun dealingn with the toshiba company. I REALLY like the lucent partner. Might not be as fancy as the others but has so many built in features and is easy to get stuff for. Yeah I would'nt rely on graybar too much for phone stuff.

I've worked with the Toshiba reseller here in town and some work with the systems. The systems didn't seem too bad. One reason I liked the Partners is that you can hook up POTS devices with no additional hardware.
Would anyone have some glossy brochures that I could buy/beg off of them? I'll cover shipping. :-)

Hey Sam, just curious you said Toshiba is a pain to program. I think its one of the easiest. The only thing i hate is that when you add a card you have to recycle the system. A real pain when you have 3 cabinets hooked up. Any of you guys wanna check out a nice little system, NEC DS1000/2000. easy to program, their vm intergrates nice and tech support is super. I can get anyone the Partner brochures in PDF format. You can print them on a color printer and they look really good. Get used to making your own slicks, because companies are cutting back the freebees or charging you flat out.
