I moved an aspire system to a new location, and moved the receptionist and her DSS console to port 1 and 2 off the first DLI card. I go into ESI to set the port to a DSS Console and the setting will not stick. Is it because there may be another port designated as a DSS console?
Another fun side effect of the move is now, they plug a phone into certain ports and it will shut down for a minute, or lock up the DLI card (heartbeat stops, lights go out). Sometimes the card will come back up, sometimes the card must be reset.
It has been a long time since I setup a DSS on an ASPIRE, but I am pretty sure I am in the right program (ESI)
