I have a IES-32 and an IES-16 Stratagy VM with lost sign in and passwords. I am using this VM on a CTX-100 system. I have been able to retrieve the IP Add. of these units. Can some one help with resetting sign in and passwords? I assume it is done with the internal modem connection. I have Stratagy ES software but have never used the modem connection. I have always used eManager and Stratagy ES with a LAN connection. An explanation on the hook up would be helpful. Please private email me if needed. Thanks, Lyle

I found I can connect with NetMeeting -- Is this the way into the VM? If so how do I reset or recover the password?

You''ll hate my answer, but it can only be reset by a technician on site which then has to call Toshiba directly and have them reset it. Oh, you may also need to purchase a token as well.
