Hello all.

PSU on iDCS 100 swapped out week ago. Customer reports "scratchy" calls. It's New Orleans and raining daily - my email is full of LEC service tickets so I blamed carrier - Carrier is clear and calls "scratch" - pop - on internal/intercom calls as well.

It's not a Country issue. System is programmed.

I was going to throw a TEPRI card at it - or maybe a new MCP and reprogram (yuck!) but was hoping someone knew what might be going on... Even questioned having a crappy PSU replacement but the only issue seems to be call quality.

Looking forward to your feedback.

Tabatha

Check the 5v line on the psu. When that gets low isdn is the first to suffer.
