Anyone have the upgrade procedures for these phones as for firmware update?
Also, is the software for the 6021 also the same for the 6020 phone?

The upgrade method is the same as the 52xx series, you need a tftp server. I can't remember about the firmware, I'd have to have a look at the firmware I have

@nameless Is there a way to force the upgrade besides through the screen interface? I have a phone that boots up, and I can get into the Administrator screen. Everything seems to work in terms of interacting, but if I go into S/W Upgrade and then click OK on HTTP to switch it to TFTP the screen goes from bright to dim, blocking input, and then after a few seconds goes back to the main screen. Thoughts?

After reading the manual. You actually have to use the USB method. That is what I have learned. It is painful but it's the only thing I have seen work. The tftp method didn't work for me.
