Cix28 with 16 stations.I want to change the extensions from 200-215 to 10-25.
I have tried changing the dn from the station page but doesnt work.Going to the pdn data I can change 200-208 by using the card slot 010101-010108 selecting the beginning extension 10 and over writing current extensions. This works and 200 thru 208 are changed to 10-17.
But when I do the same for the second station card on 010701 - 010708 and entering 18 as the start and overwrite it, it changes 209 and 210 to 18 and 19 but does not change anything else.I needed a extension 22 .when i try to create it or 21 I get a error of a numbering plan conflict but looking in the numbering plan i see no conflict.
Any ideas what I am missing.
Thanks.

Do you have the 217 SLT extension?

Why not just delete all the extensions and re-create them again in the required number range?
Don't forget the VM hunt group will have 220 and 221 as LST and the pilot of 250 by default.

Pretty sure I have the 217 slt. Not currently at the office so unable to confirm. Is there a way to delete all extensions at once. I only see the option to delete one at a time. And if I recall some of the extensions would not let me delete them. Thanks for the help.

You can delete all the extensions just by using a range , for example 211-224.
I imagine that you can't create 21 until you delete extensions 210 through 219, and you can't create 22 until you delete extensions 220-229.

Also when you change the voicemail extensions, this will cause problems in the integration until you fix the extension in the voicemail system.
