We just changed out a Toshiba CIX to an NEC SV9100 at a supermarket. They are using analog credit card swipes to process credit/debit cards. They were working on the CIX. They are not working on the SV9100. After troubleshooting with a test set and observing PRI D-Channel traces, we believe the readers are dialing too quickly for the NEC to process all the digits. We see just a smaterring of sent digits in the D Channel trace. Any ideas? Thanks! ~ Mike

Thanks Coral Tech - I have programmed it and we will visit site when they open tomorrow to test. Any explanation on what those settings do for my education?

Shortens the DTMF timers so they pick up quicker dialing. You might have to reset system for it to take effect. Can't remember.
