Just curious, is every processer for a CTX100 have different features depending on which software version you may have for it? I have the ACTU2AS V.2A for the processor with the SD card being R3.1 and I can not change the station type of an extension to SLT as I am trying to program my Teleco voicemail card. Is the version that I have not capable of doing SLT to program voicemail or is there something I need to set in Emanager to change it to allow SLT? Any advice would be awesome, thanks a lot!

Once the station is created you cannot change it's type as it is also referenced to the equipment number.
The ACTU1 or ACTU2 can only be upgraded to R3.1 level software. The ACTU3 will run R4 up to R5.2
Have you assigned the slot that the Teleco VM is in as a BSTU or RSTU 8 port card?

What he said. The card assignment is probably wrong. SLT extensions have been in the CTX/CIX systems since 1.0. You will have to delete all your current extensions in order to delete the card and change it to the correct card type and then add them as the correct extension type.

So I was able to figure out the SLT by deleting and re-adding the extensions but now I have hit another road block. I am trying to setup program 209, hunt group for the voicemail. I have read my manual and tried many different options but can not seem to create one. I mainly keep getting an error message that says this number conflicts with an existing number in the system. I can’t seem to figure out what the other number is that would be messing with it. I’m not really good with hunt groups so I’m wondering if there is any info that explains it better than my documentation. Thanks.

I'll take a shot at this as I've ran into the same issue you're having when I first started with Toshiba systems. The error "Number conflicts with an existing number in dial plan" means there is either an extension, pilot number, or custom feature code that uses those numbers you're trying to use for the pilot number either in full or in part. For example, if you're trying to create a station hunt group for voicemail and use 850 for the pilot number, it won't work if the system uses 8 for outside line access, 85 for another function, or 850 is already created but used for something else. The reason being is when start to dial an extension or access code, it narrows down the list of possible extensions or access codes in the order it was created in the system until it matches a valid code.
Hopefully that helps
Edit: I also want to add is make sure there isn't already a station hunt group created using 850 or whatever pilot number you're trying to use.

Also another trap is when creating the hunt group don't try and make the index 850 as this is like saying I am creating the 850th hunt group. Use an index number like 1 or 2 depending on how many you have already and then set the Pilot DN to 850, then add your VM DN's as the members.

I seem to be getting closer very slow but sure. I was able to create a hunt group with the index value being 1. I have configured these following settings: 01 Hunt method - Distributed 02 Pilot number - 100 04 # to display - 100 05 Plt # SCFwd - 0 06 Multiple DN Hunt - Enable 07 DHG auto CampOn - Enable
Under Member I have my extensions (200-206)
Anywho, when I dial 100 it just rings and says camp-on to 100. Is there anything I’m missing or did not do right?
Also in my Teleco manual it says that the access code is 7, not sure if that’s what is conflicting something? Sorry about my lack of knowledge on this. Thanks in advance!

Update from my last message; I meant to say 210 (VM ext.) for the member, not 200-206.
