Had an incident today where a call came into a phone that was forwarded to an outside line by the user. The phone call lasted about an hour and then another user on campus was conferenced into the call. When the conferenced user hung up, the call between the original two were disconnected.
I'm guessing there is a timer setting that kicked off, but can't seem to locate this. Could someone assist?
Thanks, Brenden

Check the unsupervised co timer. I bet it is set for 60 min or so. Change it to the max allowed.
