Curious if anyone has had any dealings with Comcast and their PRI delivered via a simple Arris 820, into an Adtran 908e? Replacing old Panasonic PBX with a 9100. Can dial out, but rings busy dialing in. Thanks in advance Terry | | | | Joined: Sep 2004 Posts: 3,966 Member | Member Joined: Sep 2004 Posts: 3,966 | Literally have 100's of these on Comcast PRI's. Program the PRI and translation tables. Verify how many digits they are sending etc.

You can see the D-Channel information when a call comes in. You will either see the digits being sent by the carrier, or nothing if they are not sending the call your way. If the digits are not matching your programming then you can easily adjust programming and the DID tables to get incoming calls working.
