Hi folks, I have a cix100 with the expanded cabinet. There are two mipu16 cards that are working fine but the milu24 in slot 7 isnt booting up. Watching the boot in hyperterminal it looks like it hangs at the second part. The arm portion?
I've tried reloading the database from the stored version as well as moving slots. I also swapped it into another ksu and it still wont come up. Sits there with the heartbeat light a solid red.
Is there a way to resurrect this puppy?
TIA
B

When you hook up a TTY cable and run Putty or Teamviewer what prompt are you given? Does the card boot up correctly when compared to one that is working correctly?

I've been using hyperterminal..I can see the boot and watch it start over. If I interrupt the boot, I get the mipu command prompt.
