Hello Everyone
I have a Mitel 8662 IP phone that when someone calls they can hear the person that is using the 8662 but the person using the 8662 cannot hear the other person. Our firewall is open to allow connections from ports 5004, 5566, 5567, 5570, 6004, and 6604. Where do I go from here in the troubleshooting process?

Look at System/devices/Ip Connections/6000 and set the nat. If you are opening ports I suspect you are nat'd you need to enter your static address here to get audio. The next thought would be you said you have 6004 and 6604 opened. This should be a range 6004 to 7039 UDP you can open it to 6004 to 6604 if it is a 5200 I go to 7039 so I don't need to change it if I expand a system 5566 should be TCP and 5567 should be UDP I also open 5060 UDP for Sip if you add SIP trunks later Hope this helps Randy

Putting the IP address in the NAT field fixed the problem. Thanks for your help!
