Hi, New ro NEC systems.
We have two small offices, each with SL-2100, interconnected by IN-NET and 2 static IP addresses on each end.
Vendor is recommending VPN on the static IPs at each end.
>> Can anyone recommend whose VPN service to subscribe with? What features should I be looking for?
>> Does anyone use NEC InGuard? Is it worth to prevent toll fraud as it claims?
Thanks in advance.

Purchase 2 reputable routers with VPN capabilities. NEC has instructions for installers to following on locking down the system to prevent toll fraud from hackers. As for the InGuard, your NEC vendor can give you the full description on what it does, if you read it and feel it will benefit your company go for it.

Since the InGuard is a licensed feature, you might want to turn on the 10 day temporary license first to try it out.
