Ever integrate over IP with TimeShareWare PMS? We're trying to set up the integration on a machine off site connected via VPN but they were expecting the NEC to be able to output the PMS data to an IP address. All that is available in the LUA is a port. They are now building the interface on a local machine on the same LAN and we'll test again but I'm a little concerned about their side. I took a look at their interface settings and these are the only types of PBX:
Alcatel Avaya Fujitsu HCX5000 Iwatsu Meridian Mitel NEAX2400 Tadrian
I saw no option for NEC SV9100, SV8100, SL2100, SL1100, or Aspire
Once they have the new interface up I'm wondering if I should change my protocol from KTSI w/ENQ to NEAX 60/90 and have them set to NEAX2400 and see what happens.

Yeah we're using the LUA PMS API Converter 1.0.3. No more PVA card. Works excellent in our other deployments using IP to Serial converters

Well it worked right away once they had the interface built on a local machine and pointed to the PBX. Used HCX5000 as sub type in their config. Had to turn BCC to none because they were getting an error after the data swap but otherwise no issues using KTSI w/ENQ
