I have a potential customer that is looking to get rid of the feature that's turned on his Nortel ICS
Least Cost Routing I am drawing a blank as to where this is in programing on the ICS
They say it only happens if someone call forwards there phone after hours
I remember seeing this back in the day
I wondering if they have another application in the back ground
I havent been there yet just trying to get an idea before I go out
Thanks
JD

This happens when the call tries the fallback route when the first route is busy or dead.
2 Routes could be when one is busy or you have one carrier for long distance calls and the other for local calls Example: When LD route is not working or busy it then tries to use the Local route, which is more "expensive"
Look up Fallback in the guide.
I might try to look in Routing/DestCodes/ second route and remove.
