We have an Inter-Tel Axxess system with 1 music on hold. Wondering if we can add to our system to offer 2 music or messages on hold - one for sales and one for tech service? If so, what do I need to do to expand the system?

Options Card (OPC) has another MOH port.
I have a site with 2 OPCs and 3 music sources.

Just make sure you are on Axxess 7.0 or higher. Version 7.0 supported multiple MOH sources.
