Dear Pros, We need to play a basic message "Your call will be recorded" before the operator start speaking on outgoing calls. Anyone knows how to do this on a NEC SL2100? Thanks

So, presume that we will call somebody(an outgoing call) and we need the message to be played when remote party pick up the phone, before the conversation between us and them begin.
Unless the call was made by the Auto Attendant (which wouldn't happen by the System). The only way I could think of would be if the person making the outgoing call said "this call is being recorded" and then press a pre - programed button (Conversation Record) on their Phone.

Why not have the caller state that fact when the call is answered? Or, if using the SL2100 call record feature, make sure the "recording" announcement is turned on, that way, when they press the call record button it will announce "Recording"?
