Hi i am new to this forum, I am not generally knowledgeable with Samsung.
I have an issue with a voicemail on Officeserve 7300, I have Main DID ringing to Station Ring Group 501, this has an overflow to 509 BI-VMS (SVM).
The issue I have is that when the group overflows to mailbox 203 (Reception Mailbox) there is a large delay of around 3-5 seconds before the mailbox says "Mailbox 203 please begin speaking".
so far I have been unable to even amend this greeting or remove the long pause.
Hope someone can help.

You will need to access mailbox 203 to adjust the greeting. As for the pause, i'd need to look at the vm programming to see the call flow.

Thanks for your quick response, I can take a screen shot id that helps? ive spent hours looking at this issue and cant seem to rectify it. Where will i get the Call flow?
