I have a system with two different businesses and they are sharing a PRI curcuitand want to prevent each other from being able to pick up each others line on hold. Also they would each like to have their own Hold Music.Is their a simple way to accomplish this task Currently they have DID;s ringing to ICD groups. Their function keys for lines are Group CO 1.

If you use tenant on the system
Put the groups, ddi’s and extensions into each tenant
Under tenant settings you can select the music on hold for each tenant
I would use different park keys for each tenant
What system do you have?

This is the TDE100 . I think the park keys is what I need to change. Thanks
