Hi, we have a client with an older sv8100 where their Line 3 previously rings on the phone and not routing to the auto-attendant. Suddenly, they noticed that their Line 3 is also routing directly to the AA vs ringing their phones.
Not sure if it has something to do when we reduced the timer to route calls to AA from 3 rings to 1 ring but it should only affect Lines 1 and 2 right? We did the changed the no. of rings or timer about a month ago.
Need help. Thanks and kind regards, sonny

Normally timers for trunks are system wide however they can be put into their own timer class.

Check section 22-08 for line three for all eight Night Modes, chances are it is set to 102. If you don't want it to go to AA, change it back to the default setting.
