| Joined: Nov 2010 Posts: 141 Member | OP Member Joined: Nov 2010 Posts: 141 | Hi, we have a client with an older sv8100 where their Line 3 previously rings on the phone and not routing to the auto-attendant. Suddenly, they noticed that their Line 3 is also routing directly to the AA vs ringing their phones.
Not sure if it has something to do when we reduced the timer to route calls to AA from 3 rings to 1 ring but it should only affect Lines 1 and 2 right? We did the changed the no. of rings or timer about a month ago.
