Anyone deployed a 9100 Blue system? Likes, dislikes, pros, cons?
Is there an actual 9100 onsite or is everything hosted direct from NEC?

Yes there is a SV9100 onsite with SIP trunks.
Since we haven't deployed one I can't give you a review.
I will say this, with the SV9100 on premise you have a lot more control on any programming changes, this is one of many complaints I get feed back on regarding cloud systems is the length of time it takes for simple program changes.
